Acceptable Means

Created during the Big Hadron Games project, 2009

My Big Hadron Games partner Steve Danic and I made this game in two weeks. We designed the game around the concept of stuffed animal torture; the combination of “real” torture techniques applied to stuffed animals. We built out a prototype in one week, tested it with our friends for feedback, and completed the game on time. We have since made arrangements with Spike from “Spike and Mike’s Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation” to display the game on their website. On that site the game has since been played 1,986 times as of February, 2010.

Role: • Designed the game with Steve Danic
• Researched torture techniques, stuffed animal torture
• Art: Created all elements in Flash
• Animation: Keyframed animated all elements
• Tested the game with fellow students for feedback
• Completed the game on time and in two weeks
• Blogged about the game
