Alternate Reality Game Project
September – December, 2008
A local game studio engaged a student team to research Alternate Reality Games and create a section of their product. Since we were under strict NDA we created alternative personalities of paranormal investigators. We slipped into these roles when we talked about the project and when answering questions from our curious fellow students. We wrote our project documentation in terms of “spectral” analysis, working for “haunted” clients, and our ability to conquer “dangerous” situations as a team.
